Mishkan Or Museum (formerly The Temple Museum of Jewish Art, Religion and Culture) stewards one of the most distinguished synagogal collections in the USA, comprising over 2,000 objects that span 500 years of global Jewish material culture. Our collection includes ritual objects, rare books and fine art, representing legacies of two historic congregations, The Temple Tifreth Israel and Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple. The Museum maintains two exhibition spaces (at Congregation Mishkan Or and the Maltz Museum) and presents an extensive year-round program of exhibitions and events.
