The Lake County Historical Society is a non - profit organization founded in 1938 in Lake County, Ohio. It operates an 8-acre educational center containing a museum, Pioneer Village, event barn and grounds. The Center is a repository for Lake County Historical records and artifacts, housing exhibition galleries, a research library, community meeting places and an education facility for youth and adults.
